Review By-Law Proposals - We will be voting on the proposed by-law changes. The changes include adding a communication director and two member-at-large roles. Please click here to review the by-laws prior to the meeting. You will need to be logged in to review.
Make It Modern - Remember to bring your September Make it Modern blocks to share! If you have not done so yet, you can submit your September block (Dresden Plate) through the form by noon on Wednesday for a chance to win a prize.
SewMe Hotel Room Raffle - The SewMe Hotel Room raffle is open. Click here to access. The winner will be announced at the end of the meeting.
SewMe Prizes -The SewMe committee is still accepting donations and will have a table at the September meeting. Take a look at your stash and ask yourself- are you really going to use those fat quarters, layer cakes, and jelly rolls that you couldn’t live without last year? The raffle table might be the perfect place for them!
Challenge - Bring your Mid-Century Modern project to share. We will be showing off our projects and selecting our winners. Click here for more details.
Charity - Being your quilts for Hope Ignites! The Charity Committee will be collecting quilts during the meeting.
Free Table - Got quilting stuff that you no longer want? Bring it for the Free Table. Please, only quilty/crafty/sewing stuff and try to keep it modern. Anything left behind will be pitched at the end of the meeting.
Lending Library - Looking for some inspiration? The STLMQG Lending Library will be available before the meeting and at break. If you have had a book for a while, remember to return it once you are finished!
Attendance Prizes - Wear your handmade name tag for an attendance prize raffle ticket.
Show & Share - The best part of the meeting is Show and Share; bring your projects to show off, we want to see them.
